Egg Yolk Powder is produced by separating, pasteurizing and spray drying the yolk of an egg to form a powder. With a shelf life of up to 2 years, our egg powders provide a more convenient option when using egg products in many common manufacturing processes. Egg yolk powder contains a high percentage of protein and it is a source of calcium, magnesium, and iron.
