Our Flaky Pastry Flour Blend is the perfect premix for your flaky pastry. Mainly produced from tapioca starch and rice flour, this blend is gluten free and is a source of protein and strength giving fibre. The inclusion of psyllium produces a softer, more flexible flaky pastry. Ideal for pies such as Cornish pies where folding is required.
